What is Stable Genius?

Stable Genius is a local-first horse racing insight product focused on race intelligence, selections, replay testing, and personal tracking.

Does Stable Genius place bets or act as a bookmaker?

Stable Genius provides racing insights, selections, and tracking tools. It does not offer betting services.

Are selections guaranteed?

Selections are model-driven insights, not guarantees.

What does onboarding store?

Onboarding stores your region, preferred odds format, default stake, and preferred race types locally in Postgres.

What kind of auth is used?

Phase 9 uses local email and password auth only. Sessions and reset tokens are stored locally, and no hosted auth provider is added.

Is billing or Stripe included here?

No. Stripe, real billing, and admin controls are intentionally out of scope for this phase.

How should I read confidence and no selection states?

Confidence reflects the model's certainty after completeness and uncertainty checks. No Selection means the race was skipped rather than forcing a weak pick.
